about

This record was an idea that was conceived long ago. It's gone through many mutations, phases, and changes. It's everything I wanted it to grow into when it was just a seed planted in my mind; just an ambition and a dream. Finishing this has been extremely humbling, I'm so thankful for the people around me, for pushing me forward, for telling me that I can, and for showing me love.

Track Name: 'Peregrinations'
Moving your mouth to the side of your face
When your mother screamed out that you're her disgrace

The figure of mist whispers our names
And the mirror's a painting that's lost all its meaning again

I'm guilty of nothing yet I feel exposed
The voice in my head says "take of your clothes."

Will there be dreams when I go to sleep?
The seasons are changing, I feel like I'm living again.
Track Name: Cabin Six
How can they hate you for this long?
Stuck in the woods but not lost?

Hiding in the shadows, 'til they're gone.

Hoping that our bed will close up,
the walls and your paintings are all gone.

Left in my memory to live on.

The red rain fails to drown out all the sorrow,
it only speaks to breathe out, it only... drowns the weak.
Track Name: I Let it Happen
Could I lay down to rest?
Could I be carried to bed?

Holding on's too hard,
but I wait for the call of your voice.

"I'm too tired to be true, strained from all I do, I'm always stuck."
"My words just blend to grey, they want me to stay, but the cold winds blew."

Do they mean to make my days,
terms I need to reconcile with pain?

I float so far,
from any distraught place I called home.

"I'm too tired to be true, strained from all I do, I'm always stuck."
"My words just blend to grey, they want me to stay, but the cold winds blew."
Track Name: Capo on One
Who needs crime when they do the time?
Who needs him, his lies are on trial?
Eventually we'll all be erased... the dissidents beg.

Before the crash, accept the fate.
So thankful for this glorious stay.
Eventually we'll all be erased... the dissidents beg, it's not centuries away.
Track Name: Psychosemantics (Parts 1-4)
When the words don't fit together, the message dies in vain.
My mind is always playing, these strange fucking games.

What the hell is safety? And are we damned to ego?
My mind is always racing, without a known displacement.

I can see the beauty, and I can see the pain.
Everyone around me, is more than just a brain.
